What does OtoLing mean?


The practice name "OtoLing" is derived from Greek “oto” which means ear and from Latin “lingua” which means tongue and language. As such, the OtoLing logo represents the core of the practice—a neural connection between hearing and language. Dr. Hooks has integrated considerable research and academic preparation from vision science and neuroscience into his current practice. .

OtoLing, therefore, is a unique practice that provides a transformative approach to hearing, speech, and language difficulties.
